What you'll learn

By the end of this course you'll be able to:

  • Design presentations around audience need, not the slide deck
  • Develop a clear narrative arc with an opening hook and decision-led close
  • Produce slides that support the message — not compete with it
  • Prepare for delivery: rehearsal, room check, and managing nerves
  • Deliver with presence: voice, pause, body language, eye contact
  • Handle Q&A confidently, including hostile or off-topic questions

A great presentation can win a deal, reset a team, or land you a promotion. A poor one can quietly cost you all three. Deliver Impactful Business Presentations is a 2-day WSQ-accredited course that takes you from blank slide to confident close — with a method you can repeat for every future talk.

You will learn to plan with the audience in mind, design slides that support (not distract from) your message, manage your voice and body language, and handle Q&A without losing the room. Every section is built on practical, hands-on rehearsal with peer and trainer feedback.
